Bobbie's Hot Honey Dressing

Mix equal parts Olive Oil; Rice Wine Vinegar; Wildflower or Hot Honey; Salt & Pepper to taste and a touch of Dijon Mustard!

Anna's Hot Honey Tea

Make a large pot of tea using Bigelow tea:

5 bags Earl Grey

1 bag Lemon Lift

1/3 cup Buddha's Bees Hot Honey


John's "Sereni-Tea"

4 Tazo "Passion tea bags

2 Tazo "Awake" tea bags

4 oz Buddha's Bees Ultra Bark Honey

16 oz boiling water

1 can (12 oz) Ginger Beer

Lime wedge for garnish

Put the 4 oz of honey in a mason jar (at least 24 oz); Pour boiling water into the jar & dissolve the honey;

Add tea bags and the rest of the boiling water, let seep 10 minutes.

Squeeze any remaining liquid out of the tea bags when removing from the jar. Let Cool.

Pour the Ginger Beer into a pitcher over ice, add the tea base,

serve with lime wedges.


Bee's Knees Cocktail

In a shaker with ice, pour in:

2.00 oz Westford Gin

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.50 oz Honey Syrup

0.50 oz Fresh Orange Juice

Shake well and pour into a martini glass

Garnish: with an Orange Peel or Zest and enjoy!

Lip-Smacking Peach & Whiskey-Honey Wings


3 pounds chicken wings (about a dozen)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches in extra light syrup, undrained

1/2 cup Buddha's Bees Bourbon Honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon Louisiana-style hot sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

4 teaspoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons cold water

Minced chives (optional)

Pat chicken wings dry. Using a sharp knife, cut through each wing joint, discard wing tips

Pulse peaches with syrup in a food processor until pureed. Add the next 5 ingredients, pulse to combine. Pour over wings, toss to coat.

Cook, in crock pot or slow cooker, covered on low heat, until chicken is tender, 4-6 hours

Combine cornstarch & water until smooth, stir into slow cooker. Cook, covered, on high until sauce is thickened, about 15 minutes.

Preheat broiler. Remove winfs to a 15x10x1 inch pan; arrange in single layer. Broil wings 3-4 inches from heat until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Brush with sauce before serving. Serve with remaining sauce and, if desired, chives.

Kera's Mocktail

1 cup blood orange juice, plus 2 orange slices for garnish

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 cup club soda, or sparkling mineral water

1 teaspoon Buddha's Bees Wildflower Honey, or add to taste

4 mint leaves

2 sprigs rosemary
