Buddha's Bees Honey is about as natural as you can get.

The bees do all the work, every season is different and the flavors are subtle, depending on what wildflowers and shrubs are in season and upon the local biota & microclimates.  

 

Honey is naturally anti-bacterial and requires no pasteurization. My bee yards are in Chaplin, Hampton, Mansfield, and Pomfret, Connecticut.

Honey requires no refrigeration and will last indefinitely, perhaps even thousands of years!
